The Almost End of my Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse.

Well I'm back. I have really got to endorse the Dr. floras Colon Cleanse program. In my opinion this health system has surpassed all advertised claims. I’m up at 06:00 every morning and ready to tackle the world. OK, a small exaggeration, only my small part of the world, the whole thing is still out of my reach.

I finished the 15 day intestinal health care program( the short one) and find that I’m not having any unwanted side effects. I haven’t had a single headache since I started! A nasty habit that was a BIG problem, fixed!! I’m also finding that my requirement for pain killers to make my hands and feet not hurt has dropped by an Excedrin per day. I’ve got twice the morning energy that I had before I did the intestinal cleanse. I still get ran down in the late afternoon, but, I credit being 62 for that. Not even a sniffle in almost a month----- WITH a 10 day exposure to the Flu from my 4 TOO loving grandkids.

Question?? Why if they are sick do they want to crawl up into your lap. But, when they are healthy you can’t get them to come over and sit with you even with their favorite candy/ice cream ?

I think my memory is still about the same---a bad case of CRS (Can’t Remember #%&*), again I credit that to the Senor Moment and 62 years. In combination with my Dr. Floras treatment and my Hoodia Prime diet plan I lost 8 pounds and gained back 2 holes in my belt. Here is the “My Miracle of X’mas“, to get through the holidays and still lose weight? That is a miracle! I’m still a grouchy ol’ man so my moods didn’t improve much, but, I didn’t hit any kids or kick any puppies this month, so there is still hope.

My motivation level is up--I have more energy--I actually want to work in the yard. W-O-R-K is still a four letter word, but, now I don’t procrastinate as much. I hear my rose bushes telling me I need to trim them and get the winter mulch down so they can get a good winters rest.

I think I’ll try a rerun on the Dr. Floras in about 2 months. I’m agonna keep you’all posted on any new developments and the continuing nice improvements in my life.

Well I’m not seeing a bunch more improvements right now. I think I’ve got done most of what this intestinal health diet is supposed to accomplish. So what I’m going to do now is finish out the Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse Program on the road. I’m leaving to go to San Diego for Christmas with the boys tomorrow in the morning. After we get back I’ll add a post or two with any new facts that show up.

Day 10, Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse, More Human Everyday

Dr. Floras works great...better than advertised I would say. So far I’ve seen improvements in 10 of the 16 reasons why you might need a colon cleanse. And 4 reasons don’t apply, as I’m an old man or didn‘t have them too start with.--Blurry eyes is a symptom that comes with age. I outgrew skin problems years ago, except for basil cell carcinoma which I aged into---I got that from years in the sun and being born before sun block was invented (as we know it today. There was Zink Oxide, but, only the surfers in California used it, way back when.). I haven’t had constipation since I was a kid. And I’ve never had IBS.

My colon has to be almost clean by now as my ALFs are getting quite a lot smaller and not holding together as well. But, just for shock purposes I’ll still include a stock picture of one (big and ugly) in case somebody is tuning in for the first time. I’m feeling a lot better and tons more energy, I must be getting better usage out of the food I’m putting in the stomach also.
Gotta go take Dawg for a walk, I even feel more like that is play instead of a job now.

Day 9 Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse and HoodiaPrime Diet

I think this is the first time in my life that I want to take a look at my poop every morning. I’m looking for a new ALF every day-------this REALLY sounds like I’m starting my second childhood. Now, I’m sure that this was one of the better ideas that the Boys have got me into (some have been pretty bad). Since I started the colon cleanse I’ve felt better than I have in the last 10 years. I’m even staying up later and still waking up at 05:30, but I have more energy to do stuff.

The flower garden is beckoning me, it needs a weedin’ and the roses need a pruning. AND I’m looking forward to doing it. I’m also going to guess it might be helping me stay healthy, I Spent 10 days in a house while 4 Grandkids went through the Flu, both my boy and his wife got it after I left.------ME? Not even a sniffle!! I have found also that in combination with the Hoodia Prime diet I’m losing weight. I’m not sure if it is the diet plan or the colon cleanse, but, I’d hazard a guess it is both together.

Day 8 on Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse and Another ALF

There is something working for me. I’m into day 8 and have not had a single headache since day 1. I’m feeling like I was 61 again (I’m really 62--joke), but what I do feel like is: I have more energy. I’m sleeping better. I am motivated to do more. This is not good!! I like being lazy!! If I get too busy my wife is going to expect me to be this way all the time, it doesn’t take too much to spoil a woman. Then she will expect me to be that way all the time. Expelled another ALF today, it was even smaller than the last two. I’m beginning to think I might be close to empty. WOW, this colon care might be paying off!

Day 7 Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse And Another Ugly Pic

It just sunk into my thick skull why I’m slow on these Mucoid Plaques, I’m also on the HoodiaPrime Diet Program, not as much junk to move out of the storage facility. I guess I was a bit slow on my first Mucoid Plaque according to some other posts, but, that might be because I didn’t have as much crap to move out. I got my second Mucoid Plaque today, this is surly an ALF--(Alien Life Form) it is just about the ugliest thing you could have in your body. I’m not real sure how something so ugly could be in a guy so nice. (mind you---this is my own opinion and “IS NOT” indorsed by my wife). This one is a little bit smaller than yesterdays, kind of guess there wasn’t as much to gather up and send on it’s way to a deposit in the Bank of Sewage. I noticed that my belt went down a notch this morning. Looks like there is a lot of truth to the claim of Dr. Floras Colon Cleanser reducing the bloating and gas part of this colon cleanse web site.

Day 6 Late (for me, I go to bed early---usually)

Late PM (22:00 Hrs or 10PM). Well it is late for me. Just took a dump and something really ugly was swimming laps around the porcelain goddess. WOW, Mucoid Plaques are real ugggly, It looked real close to what the pics on the colon cleanse website look like. I would have taken a picture with my own camera, but, my oldest son’s puppy( if you call an 8 month old, 60 lb German Sheppard, a puppy), ate my camera. It is neat having a digital dog around, he looks at you, farts, and takes your picture. The print-out on the carpet is a bit messy and blurry though. I’ll have to use one of the stock pictures from the Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse site, they don‘t mind. Hope Santa reads this----I might get a camera for X’mas.
