
Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse P.M. Day 2 to Day 6.
I put this in on day -one, but, I thought that it bears repeating: I figured I’d mention some of the things that made me pick Dr. floras colon cleanse. On the first page of the Dr. floras website is a list of 16 items that if you have, you could be a great candidate for a colon cleanse.Headaches Constipation Always Tired / Fatigued Easily Getting Sick Sleeplessness / Restless Worsening Memory Blurring Vision Gas / Bloating Protruding Belly Weight Gain Irritability or Mood Swings Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Lack of Motivation Skin Problems Bad Breath Allergy SymptomsI have all but constipation, skin problems, IBS and blurring vision (got it, but its old age), so I guess I scored only a 25%. Which way back when I was in school, earned you a new pointy hat and a corner to sit in. Maybe we should do something to change that.
Well, no miracle change in my health pattern, but, I have seen some changes albeit small ones. No headaches in 6 days, I’m not as tired when I get up in the morning and I seem to sleep longer( 7 out of 16 fixed, I guess that is an improvement worth mentioning). My sleeping longer might have something to do with why I’m not as tired also. I still have to get up around 3:30 to take a whiz (I’m drinking more water for both my HoodiaPrime diet and for Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse), But at least now I can go back to bed and go back to sleep.
Still haven’t seen a mucoid plaque yet, most people get their first one around the 6-7th day on the system.
Day 2-4
Starting on Day 2 in the PM, I thought I would try as many different recipes with the colon cleanse as I could. Here is my list and a comment on each. Day 2 PM, tried Pineapple juice-- never again and don’t do it. Day 3 AM, tried grape juice --OK, but, I won’t do it again, either. Day 3, noon, apple juice-- same as grape juice OK, but, not for me. Day 3 PM, cranberry juice, never again, and most likely not for anybody. One of the problems here for me with these juices is I’m on the HoodiaPrime diet and I’m trying to keep my sugar intake at zero or less(Joke, O.K.? I know there is no such thing as less than zero). It sure is hard to get a healthy colon, I might have to start using bug juice to mix with Dr. Floras Colon cleanse.
Day 4 AM, O.J this time and only this time. Day 4 noon, I have a pomegranate tree in the back yard so I juiced one of them, again not for me. Day 4 PM went shopping today got some kool-aid packages I mixed small amounts of the Colon Cleanse with several flavors, one sip and into the sink they went.
Day 5-6
Day 5, AM, Tomato juice, better than Ok, might be what I’m looking for. Day 5 noon, GOT IT RIGHT, I like Bloody Maries, made a Virgin Mary(no Vodka) A.O.K. Day 5 PM, tried it with V-8, just as good. Now I can get my Veggies and take my meds.
Day 6 AM tried another good one this morning, sugar free heresy’s chocolate in milk. Now that I have 2 that work for me I’m not going to try anymore recipes. When you get Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse you can try as many new recipes as you want too.
Now that this is caught up, I’ll post it and TRY TO KEEP YOU UP TO DATE WITH FUTURE POSTS. DON’T TURN THE PAGE, DON’T BLINK, I’LL BE BACK TOMORROW.
